Consultations can range from giving you advice on how to get the most out of styling your own furnishings and maybe enhancing them with items from our collection, to a full style and stage. It's at this consultation you can decide how you would like to proceed. At Stage My Space we can also advise on paint colour choices to ‘project managing’ our trade contacts for general maintenance issues. Many buyers will be instantly put-off by easily fixed maintenance jobs or cleanliness.

Partial stage

Partial Staging can be applied to vacant & occupied properties. A partial stage can range from enhancing your own furniture with home wares, lamps & artworks etc, as mentioned above, to totally styling & staging a few designated rooms. We can rework your property to create the most appeal & restore rooms to their original purpose, ie: craft room back to a second bedroom.

Full stage

Full Styling & Staging is for vacant properties. This is when Stage My Space will come in and work their magic. Taking into consideration the style of your property, your budget & the locations demographic (types of people wanting to buy into the area).
